SeiRogai’s Strength: Delivering “Region × Content × Technology” in an Integrated, End-to-End Approach

SeiRogai’s key strength lies in its ability to provide a fully integrated, one-stop production system covering planning, filming, editing, multilingual localization, international distribution, and platform operation.

Rather than being limited to conventional video production, SeiRogai reinterprets regional culture, history, and educational assets as compelling “stories,” transforming them from content that is simply “communicated” into digital experiences that can be “felt and understood.” This end-to-end approach represents a unique competitive advantage that sets SeiRogai apart.

At this exhibition, the following elements were presented in an integrated manner, attracting strong interest from visitors:

  • Immersive VR360° experiences
  • Use cases and applications on SeiRogai’s proprietary platform, GVT
  • DX implementation examples for local governments, universities, and regional businesses

The Value of GVT: Communicating Through Experience

At TOKYO DIGICONX, SeiRogai presented VR not as something to simply “watch,” but as a communication tool that enables understanding through experience.

This approach led to:

  • New ways of communicating regional value
  • Discussions on applications in tourism, education, and regional DX
  • Opportunities for international and inbound promotion

SeiRogai will continue to expand initiatives centered on traditional culture, education, and regional collaboration, starting from projects launched in Tokyo.

Delivering local stories in a form that can be experienced by people around the world—

this exhibition marked an important step toward that future.
