— Connecting Regions and the Future through Immersive VR360 Promotion —
SeiRogai Inc. exhibited at the 3rd Tama Mirai Industrial Fair, held on January 30–31, 2026. At the exhibition, we showcased our latest tourism DX model, centered on a proof-of-concept project selected as a Leading Project (FY2025, Theme: Tourism & Leisure) under the Tokyo Metropolitan Government’s Tama Innovation Ecosystem initiative.
This project was jointly proposed by SeiRogai Inc. and Keio Travel Agency Co., Ltd., and is being implemented in collaboration with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, universities, and local municipalities in the Tama region.
By integrating tourism DX with VR360 technology, we developed immersive VR tours that combine university campuses and local tourism resources. This model enables international student recruitment, inbound tourism promotion, and regional branding simultaneously.
Track Record and Initiatives in Collaboration with the Tama Innovation Project

■FY2024
Tama Innovation Ecosystem Promotion Program, the project was selected as a “Business Idea for Solving Issues in the Tama Area.” Through research and analysis, key challenges and needs in the Tama region were identified, confirming strong alignment between those needs and the value proposition of this service.
■FY2025
A joint proposal by SeiRogai, Inc. and Keio Travel Agency Co., Ltd., titled “Verification of a ‘University & Town Campus Tour Experienced through 360° VR’ that Contributes to Increasing International Students and Promoting Tourism in the Tama Area,” was selected for the Leading Project (FY2025, Theme: Tourism & Leisure) of the Tama Innovation Ecosystem Promotion Program.
In collaboration with universities, local governments, and regional businesses, the project is being advanced in an integrated manner—from pilot testing and content production to overseas distribution.
Additionally, this project has been featured on the official website of the Tama Innovation Ecosystem Promotion Program.

Exhibition Content
— Exploring the Potential of University and Regional Promotion through VR360 —
At the SeiRogai booth (LP area), we showcased a 360-degree VR experience under the theme of the “Tama Area University & Town Virtual Tour.”
This immersive VR360 content allows users to explore both Chuo University Tama Campus and the surrounding cityscape of Hachioji in a single, integrated experience.
Through this tour, we aim to convey what student life in the area looks like and what kind of environment the town offers to prospective international students and their families.
The project is designed as a model to promote study opportunities in the Tama region while also stimulating interest in visiting and tourism. Additionally, it includes a new feature that allows users to directly access the university’s official website during the VR experience.

At our booth, we introduced SeiRogai’s VR360° platform, Global Virtual Travel (GVT), highlighting our digital promotion initiatives that share the appeal of tourism, culture, and industry with audiences around the world.

Through hands-on demonstrations, many attendees were able to experience and better understand its potential.
Key Exhibition Features
- 360° VR tours for tourism DX
- VR promotion models for universities and municipalities
- Integration of student recruitment and inbound tourism
- Multilingual global outreach examples
Visitors showed strong interest, experiencing a realistic sense of presence as if they were physically there.

Engagement with Visitors and Creation of Business Opportunities
During the exhibition period, a wide range of visitors—including representatives from local governments, corporations, and educational institutions—visited the booth. Active discussions were held regarding the potential applications of VR360° content.
In particular, strong interest was expressed in the following areas:
- Overseas promotion of regional tourism
- Virtual tours of corporate facilities and factories
- Campus introductions for international student recruitment
- Digital archiving of cultural facilities and traditional industries
- Inbound-focused promotional initiatives
Through the use of VR, we were able to engage in meaningful discussions with visitors about its potential as a new communication tool—one that transcends physical distance and mobility constraints to effectively convey the appeal of regions and businesses to both domestic and international audiences.
Visitor Feedback and Insights
Throughout the exhibition, we received a wide range of feedback from attendees:
■ Feedback from Local Government, Corporate, and Educational Representatives
◇ “I was amazed at how realistically the experience replicates being on-site without actually visiting. It feels highly effective for overseas promotion.”
(Local government representative)
◇ “It’s impressive that not only the university itself but also the surrounding town atmosphere is conveyed. I would like to use this for international student recruitment.”
(Educational institution representative)
◇ “This could be applied to factory tours and facility introductions. I would like to seriously consider implementing this within our company.”
(Corporate representative)
■ Feedback from General Visitors
◇ “It really feels like I’m there—I actually want to travel after experiencing this. It’s far more immersive than a regular video.”
(General visitor)
◇ “I used to think VR was complicated, but I was surprised to learn it can be viewed on a smartphone. It’s great that it’s so accessible.”
(General visitor)
◇ “It’s enjoyable even for children, and something families can experience together. It seems useful not only for tourism but also for education.”
(General visitor)
These responses clearly indicate that VR360° is not merely a form of visual content, but is highly valued as an experiential medium that supports decision-making before physically visiting a location.
Moreover, the fact that its value is intuitively understood not only by professionals but also by general audiences highlights its strong potential for future applications in tourism, education, and regional promotion.
SeiRogai’s Strengths and Value Proposition
Through this exhibition, SeiRogai’s core strengths were clearly demonstrated:
1. VR × Regional Branding
Rather than simply producing video content, we structure and transform the “story of a region” into immersive experiences. This enables the development of content that can extend into tourism, relocation promotion, education, and industry collaboration.
2. Multilingual & Global Outreach Capabilities
Leveraging our multicultural team, we design strategies not only for the domestic Japanese market but also with a global perspective—targeting audiences across ASEAN, Europe, and North America.
3. Integrated Design with Exhibitions and Real-World Events
Beyond online distribution, we integrate VR experiences into exhibitions, local government events, and educational collaborations—creating a seamless blend of physical touchpoints and digital experiences.
4. Low-Cost, High-Impact Model
Even without the use of advanced VR headsets, we deliver highly immersive experiences through accessible devices. This enables a cost-effective model that can be readily adopted by local governments and SMEs.
Tangible Outcomes Achieved Through the Exhibition
This exhibition went beyond a simple technology showcase, leading to multiple concrete business discussions and consultations focused on actual implementation and utilization.
In particular, we identified strong interest at a practical, operational level in the following areas:
- Consideration by local governments for adoption as part of tourism DX initiatives
- Use by educational institutions for international student recruitment and promotion
- Virtualization of factory and facility tours for corporate use
- Storytelling and digital archiving of traditional industries
These outcomes demonstrate that SeiRogai’s VR360° solutions function not only as experiential content, but also as effective tools for addressing real-world business and policy challenges.
Future Outlook
This exhibition went beyond a simple technology showcase. As a demonstration project conducted in collaboration with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, it served as an opportunity to highlight the effectiveness of a new cross-sector model that integrates tourism DX, education, and regional branding.
Through our participation in the “3rd Tama Mirai Industrial Fair,” we also created new points of engagement with companies and local governments in the Tama area, while reaffirming the potential of VR360° as a tool for regional DX.
Moving forward, SeiRogai will continue to drive new value creation that connects local communities with the global market. Through public-private partnership initiatives—including the Tama Innovation Project—we will focus on promoting municipal DX, strengthening regional branding, delivering multilingual content for inbound audiences, and developing integrated models that link education and industry.
