Rachel Leng is COO and Co-Founder of SeiRogai, Inc., a Tokyo-based media technology startup and business consultancy, advertising, film & media production company. Previously, she was the Leader of Business Development on the Investment Management team at a Japanese private equity fund, as well as a Policy Analyst at a top think tank in Seoul, South Korea.
Rachel is an international speaker, multi-award-winning writer, former Miss Singapore titleholder, and East Asia specialist. She is a graduate from Harvard University (MA) and Duke University (BA).
