Japan Mobility Show 2025 – Exhibition Report

SeiRogai Inc. exhibited at the Japan Mobility Show 2025, held from October 29 (Wed) to November 9 (Sun), 2025, organized by the Japan Automobile Manufacturers Association (JAMA). Under the theme “Global Virtual Travel × Mobility,” we showcased the creation of new value in next-generation mobility and presented our vision for the future of tourism DX.

Our booth welcomed a wide range of visitors—including domestic and international automakers, Tier-1 suppliers, mobility startups, local governments, educational institutions, and travel and transportation operators—who highly praised the innovative experience value enabled by SeiRogai’s proprietary VR360° technology.

This moment highlights how people with mobility limitations—including persons with disabilities and seniors—can enjoy immersive travel and cultural experiences without physical travel.

A diverse range of visitors—including those with limited mobility—were able to experience our VR360° content. We observed wheelchair users and children wearing the headsets and fully enjoying the experience. This demonstrates that our solution can provide immersive “as-if-you-are-there” cultural and tourism experiences even for individuals who may find it difficult to visit destinations in person.

Our approach attracted significant interest as a solution that contributes to addressing mobility challenges and creating an inclusive society where everyone can enjoy culture and tourism, aligning with the SDGs commitment to “leave no one behind.”

During the exhibition, we introduced new possibilities for next-generation mobility experiences under the theme of “Global Virtual Travel (GVT) × Mobility,” a solution developed by SeiRogai.

SeiRogai’s Global Virtual Travel (GVT) platform is an immersive 360° VR solution that delivers cultural and tourism experiences from destinations across Japan and around the world. ①Transforming Travel Time into Entertainment

  • Passengers can enjoy optimized VR content during transit through in-vehicle infotainment (IVI) systems, sightseeing trains, buses, and other mobility environments.
  • By offering immersive regional, cultural, and experiential VR content, GVT transforms travel time into a meaningful experience—allowing passengers to begin their journey even before arriving at their destination.
  • The solution can also be utilized for tourism-linked promotions, product marketing, and corporate branding.

②Next-Generation Experience Design with Location-Based VR

  • By integrating GPS and beacon technology, the system delivers regional introduction VR content as passengers pass through specific areas, and seamlessly guides them to tourism, accommodation, and transportation reservations upon arrival.
  • GVT enables a fully connected experience—from VR immersion to booking local activities, accommodations, and even purchasing products via EC.
  • It enhances understanding of a region and increases the desire to visit even before arriving at the destination, promoting greater on-site engagement.
  • By creating a natural flow from “in-transit → arrival → local spending,” GVT offers strong synergy with tourism DX, regional promotion, and destination marketing.

③Barrier-Free and Inclusive Mobility

  • For seniors and individuals with physical limitations, GVT provides a safer and more comfortable mobility experience by allowing users to preview routes, facilities, and environments in advance through 360° VR.
  • By delivering travel experiences through VR to those who may find it difficult to go out, GVT bridges the fields of welfare, healthcare, and tourism—helping improve quality of life (QOL) and supporting greater social participation.
